Gail, the delivery person, went the extra mile to help with the delivery when she could not reach the recipients. She called me, the sender, and let me know. Plus, she sent me a photo of the gorgeous bouquet! The recipient family let me know that it was "absolutely gorgeous" and I think it helped to brighten their day. Thank you, A Touch of Gracious Living! I will definitely be ordering again :)
